Maker to Market is open to local and regional food producers, with preference given to the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities.

  6. Shelf life (7 days minimum)

  7. Adheres to Lakewinds Product Standards

  8. Commitment to sourcing from The Good Acre whenever possible

  9. Not currently selling at retail



  1. Applications will be accepted from January 15 to February 16, 2018.

  2. Product samples (with packaging and a complete list of ingredients) and product pitch videos will be requested in late February.

  3. The review committee will conduct a taste test and panel evaluation of products in mid-March.

  4. Selected applicants will be notified on or before April 2, 2018 via phone or email.

  5. The Maker to Market accelerator runs April – December 2018.
